The cottage is just round the corner from the church and enjoys a 180 degree view of the surrounding fell range from most windows. Chapel Stile has a good village shop with cafe and of course, the church, the hub of the community here. Chapel Stile is the perfect starting point for some wonderful walking, cycling and climbing and is close to the more popular and busier resort of Ambleside, just 4 miles away.
